By coating elimination, sand blasting, thermal spray, ultrasonic cleaning, baking, vacuum packing, HTC provides the international level of parts clean service to the semiconductor and FPD customers, in order to lower contamination levels in process, tool downtime, PM frequency, cost of consumables and inventories to support tool operation. |
