The vertical two door coating equipment are made of STAINLESS STEEL with a double door for faster loading and un-loading. It is designed for plastics, glass, ceramic products coating, which is coated metal films on the surface of them. Comparing with traditional horizontal coating machine, its advantage is saving space and higher producing efficiency, maintenance or operation is convenient.

In addition to batch systems with chambers ranging in size from 0.5 to 1.7 meters, Htc also offers Custom Vacuum Deposition Systems. The configuration of these systems are customized and manufactured in accordance with a customer's specific process, production, and hardware requirements.

Recently, Htc develop the Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) & Non-Conductive Vacuum Metallization (NCVM) special coating machine which design for of electronic communication products, such as mobile etc.

Htc also develop its automobile lamp coating machine .It is used for protective layer coating and secondary processing function . It succeed to solve the problems of the film anti-aging, corrosion resistance and so on. Furthermore, it saves running costs and improves the rate of good products.
